Rev. Randy Wilding – Executive Director
Randy Wilding is married to Margaret Hayes Wilding and is blessed with three adult married children. He comes to SAGE International with over 34 years of pastoral experience in which he served 4 churches in North Carolina and Florida. During these years he has served in many capacities within the church and on several boards of charitable non-profits. In 2018 he retired from full-time pastoral ministry and became a director of a mission renewal endeavor in India. In 2020 he was instrumental in the formation of SAGE International and serves as its first Executive Director.
Rev. Dr. Premjit Kumar – International Director
The Rev. Dr. Premjit Kumar is an ordained Minister, International Missions Leader, Itinerant Preacher. He is into ministry for the last 20 years having educational background in Law, Theology & Social Work.
Currently Premjit is based in Punnelu Village of Warangal District in Telangana State serving as the Director of Mission India Campus and Principal of Mission India Bible College.
Rev. Jeff Borden – Curriculum Director & Teacher
Jeff and Patty served in Africa from 1993 – 2010, training national church leaders at Rusitu Bible College in rural Zimbabwe, then the Bible Institute of South Africa in Cape Town, and also partnered a Xhosa-speaking pastor to start Guguletu Bible College as the first Bible College in his massive “township” in Cape Town with nearly 1 million residents! Pastor Ngcwatywa served as the Principal, and Jeff served as his Dean.
After returning to Virginia for Home Ministry Assignment in 2010 under MTW, Jeff served as the first Africa Coordinator for MINTS (Miami International Seminary) from 2011 – mid-2018, and then as Director of Africans Teaching Africans through 12/2020, when he accepted the invitation to join SAGE and ITTOP as Curriculum Director and Teacher. He and Patty have 3 children (Daniel, Matthew, and Lydia) and 2 grandchildren (Charis and Micah).
